The nova-next is blocked by missing kernel sources during compilation disabling it until we find a solution. The result is not yet used by the nova job so it is safe to disable. Related-Bug: #2110545 Change-Id: Idb4be7d7537fe08f639b9c91b9f9bc261076884f
