Add keystoneclient to pip-requires

As of I788300449e37ba1732f6482ebce5f480a2c14a41, we pull the auth_token middleware from keystoneclient. (added to keystoneclient in version 0.2.0) Change-Id: Ide0d562d96e5e426f9c7e532251efd57a0964f11
