Oleksii Chuprykov bd73a5482c Add os_ prefix to project_domain_name/id ...

Running glance without defining --os-tenant-id and
--os-tenant-name leads to AttributeError. Add os_ prefix
to project_domain_name and project_domain_id because args
object doesn't have them
