1.As mentioned in [1], we should avoid usingg
six.iteritems to achieve iterators. We can
use dict.items instead, as it will return
iterators in PY3 as well. And dict.items/keys
will more readable. 2.In py2, the performance
about list should be negligible, see the link [2].

As part of the first community-wide goal, teams were asked to
remove the openstack/common package of their projects if one
existed. This was a byproduct of the old oslo-incubator form
of syncing common functionality.
Package openstack/common/apiclient is moved to glanceclient/v1
package as it is used by v1 api only.
NOTE:
Removed glanceclient/common/base.py as it is deprecated and not
used anywhere.
