Matthew Booth ea196b241f Fix test bug when host doesn't have /etc/machine-id ...

Libvirt tests which execute _get_host_sysinfo_serial_os will fail
unless the test host has a valid /etc/machine-id. This change mocks
the above function in the libvirt fixture. This requires pulling the
tests for this method out of LibvirtConnTestCase, which uses the
libvirt fixture.
