Sahid Orentino Ferdjaoui a6053dd608 libvirt: add migration flag VIR_MIGRATE_PERSIST_DEST ...

This commit adds in the default migration flags
VIR_MIGRATE_PERSIST_DEST which ensures that the domain XML migrated is
going to be set in libvird on destination node.
