Stephen Finucane 78645e61c6 Remove deprecated Core/Ram/DiskFilter 
These were deprecated during Stein [1] and can now be removed, lest they
cause hassle with the PCPU work. As noted in [1], the aggregate
equivalents of same are left untouched for now.
