The minimum required version of QEMU is now 6.2.0, and of libvirt is
8.0.0.
Minimum cleanup to make the tests happy.
Adjust the related unit tests accordingly.
Following patch will clean all constants not useful anymore.

We had a long blip between Xena and now where we didn't changed the libvirt
versions. Now it's time to modify the documentation for it.

TODO: We should also modify the supported distro versions.
This change moves the LibvirtDistroSupportMatrix [1] wiki page into the
tree as a reference doc. The wiki page will be decommissioned once this
change lands and is published.
Some older distro information is removed to keep the table readable and
a note is added to driver.py to ensure it updated with each version
bump.
