In c12eebd4c6 we missed that there are
another set of config option that become unused now. So this is a follow
up patch to remove those as well.

The previous patch[1] removed the entry points. As there is sizable
amount of doc change needed to remove all the references from the doc
to the removed entry points a separate patch, this, is created to do so.

The metadata service is going to be accessible over IPv6 too when
the following Neutron feature merges (still in Victoria, I hope):
https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1460177
However all end-user facing metadata documentation is in Nova,
so unless we want to refactor/move this, let me propose this doc
change here.

Partial-Bug: #1460177
Get excited, people. It's finally dying, for real. There is a lot more
doc work needed here, but this is a start. No need for a release note
modification since we've already said that nova-network has been
removed, so there's no point in saying that the service itself has been
removed since that's implicit.

Turns out we've a *lot* of disparate metadata systems. Attempt to both
link them somewhat through extensive cross-referencing and extract out
deployment-specific stuff from user-facing docs. Lots of changes here,
but in summary:
- Split out admin-focused content from the metadata API, config drive,
user data and vendordata docs.
- Merge the config drive, metadata service, vendordata and user-data
user docs, which are mostly talking about the same thing and are
fairly barren without the deployment components
- Make use of various oslo.config and Sphinx roles
Side note: I miss when we have tech writers to do this stuff for us :(
